SINTA

WRITER AND ARTIST

Sinta’s work explores liminal spaces—between East and West, faith and fracture, elegy and revelry.

Rooted in third culture experience, she weaves together exile, sensuality, and spiritual longing.

Her writing reflects the textures of her lives in performance, image, and art.

She holds an MFA from the Otis College of Art and Design. She was born in Manila, raised in Washington, DC, and activated in Los Angeles.

She is currently at work on her first novel.

Sinta is a recipient of the National Foundation for the Arts Award in Writing and a Center for Cultural Innovation Grant. Her fiction and poetry have appeared in Abundant Grace, The Sheepshead Review, and The TJ Eckleburg Review. She also served as a fashion editor for Obsessed Mag. Her fine art has been exhibited in galleries and shows throughout Asia and the Americas.
